This recipe was pretty good. It took a little longer than I thought it would to chop up the tomatoes and herbs, but when everything was ready, the dish was really pretty. The flavors were a little “off” to me; I think the lemon and garlic didn’t go so well together, but I felt really healthy while eating it because of all the fresh ingredients. Since it was vegetarian, my sister could eat it, so that was kind of nice, too. I think next time, though, that I’ll shave off the lemon zest before cutting up and squeezing the lemons, chop up the herbs and tomatoes before putting the pasta in to boil, and saute some chicken with the garlic to add some more flavor (too bad for my sister). I think I’ll probably also lessen the amount of tomatoes. See here for the recipe.
